But, for those of you who might like more info,

I have two wonderful old quilts that my mom remembers from their being in her grandmother's house. They are in pretty sad shape, though,so I look forward to seeing what these links you shared have to say.
I also have an "older" quilt made for ME by two "little old ladies" when I turned 15(what a special gift!). I need to get it out and ENJOY it.
Happy weekend, Annie!

I have no older quilts, heirloom quilts, or antique quilt. I DO appreciate such quilts when I see them. I made the quilts I have and I use and enjoy them everyday.

I have two quilts made by my grandmother - machine pieced but hand quilted. I have them stored in my quilt chest along with some of the quilts I've made. This is probably not the best way but I get to enjoy them since the front of the chest is glass.
Have a wonderful weekend, Annie!!

I have a quilt made by my husband's great grandmother, one by an aunt, and I have a very old "big stitch utility quilt made well over 100 years ago and bought at a garage sale for $20! I love them all!

My mother and I have several vintage quilt tops made by my grandmother and other older ladies we know. I hope to possibly finish one or two this year.

Thanks for sharing the links. :)

I have two...both in need of repair. I have a baby blanket that I love. I'm not sure if my Grandma made it or an Aunt. It's lots and lots of tiny triangles and some of them have come unstitched or the fabric has unraveled. I really love it, but it's usually stuffed in the closet. The other one (also stuffed in the closet) is an ABC quilt my made for me when I was little. The white fabric around the letters and embroidery that she did is torn badly on some of the blocks (I LOVE this quilt). I haven't really come across other vintage quilts. Thanks for the links!

I have an old wooden ladder in my guest bedroom. It has 4 rungs and each rung holds a folded quilt. It is in the corner, away from the window, so that I don't have to worry about fading the quilts.
