The last few weeks, have been quite the whirlwind of
happenings and activities...
a bit like one of those spinning/swing rides at the fair.
My pea-sized brain and my "granny" body have been
feeling a bit on OVERLOAD!
But, I'm gonna put on a Pollyanna smile....
...find a comfy lily pad,
....and lay back to take a "frog" nap.
Treadmill - 6 days (5 days at 2 miles)
Food - did OK with food, but, I could've done better with calories
Weight(loss?) - down .4
How did...ya'all do this week?
I apologize for not having the regular "healthy ideas"
and recipe this week. Next week, there will not be a post
either...But, I will be back June 23rd to do a regular post
and Ruby's Report for 2 weeks.
