On My Weigh...Daily Mile

You might have already noticed the Daily Mile Widget
on the my right sidebar...a bit lower down.

I really like being able to log in my daily exercise thru

There are lots of way to interact with others.  You can start your own group and maybe set challenges.  There is a way to have your friends leave comments and encouragement on your exercising within Daily Mile.  It's really motivating for me to be able to look back and see where I've improved.  The Daily Mile keeps track and creates charts for you so that you can evaluate where to make changes for the better.  Also, there are apps for different smartphones.  You can be anywhere and log your exercise/workout onto the phone app and it will update on the website.  =)

I would be great if any of you would want to join me there.  We could encourage each other.  Do you already have a way to keep track of progress, either with eating better or moving more?  I'd love to hear your ideas.  =)

Ruby's Report

Food - did good with veggies/fruit and proteins.  wasn't as good with water.  will work
on more water this week.  eating out is my worst enemy.  i've got to get a better
            handle on this!  =(

Exercise - finally....I've done 2 mi for 6 days this week.  Goal next week:  to make sure
I still do the 2 mi/6days.  This is going to be a bit difficult.  I will be staying at
someones house for 4 days - no gym, no treadmill and very possible rainy weather.

Weight(loss?)  - nothing gained...but, nothing lost

 ========================================

How did your week go?  Maybe you did something good and/or different
that you could share with us?   Even if it was one small thing...
it's important! But, even if you didn't...there is still time to make
a difference...

Vroomans' Quilts said...

The cold and snow has kept me indoors a lot. So I set all my sewing and prep and ironing distances away so I have to take more steps. And I bought a new toy to play with the kitties - they are getting the winter pudgies, too - so we all get a little exercise.
