Wonderful Wednesday...I'm in Washington state =)

I just landed at Sea-Tac airport about an hour ago.

I'm now in an office/conference room where our son works...he picked me up at the airport.  The beautiful grey skies that so typically hover over the PNW...welcomed me.  I LOVE rain!  So, I'm hoping that I get to enjoy some along with the great smell of the "BUH-zillion" trees.

It's wonderful to be able to spend time with our son, daughter-in-law and their 3 girls (2, 7, 10).  It's also going to be wonderful to go to the Madrona Fiber Arts Festival!

The Fiber Festival is located in Tacoma, Washington at the

Hotel Murano.
The retail booths are located in the hotel's lobby.

I'm thinking that this could possibly be a dangerous weekend for me.  I'm going to have to make efforts to get in my walking, eat healthy (with considerable yummy stuff tempting regularly).  And, I will need to keep the padlock on my wallet too.  =P

May the force be with me!!!

I will post more later....

Welcome to my neck of the woods! Whatever you do don't visit "Great Northwest Popcorn" or "Legendary Donuts" I totally blow my diet when my son goes! He always gets me something which he then saves until I drop by their house!

Good luck with that padlock on the wallet thing. :D

An exciting weekend and visit! I'm sure you'll see plenty of rain. I've spent some time up that way, and there was only one day out of all the times that there WASN'T some rain during some part of the day. LOL. That was all spring and summer days, though.

Walking, healthy eating and a padlock on your wallet? Girl thou art asking too much of thine self. I say indulge.

Yoda to the rescue! I know at the quilt expo's around here, I more than get tons of walking done, even before I get in the door. You can use any purchases as 'weights', too. Have fun!

Annie, Did you get to see the all of windows with the bright colored glass sculptures?! We have spent way too much time in that airport!!

I hope your traveling goes well.

I'm sending my Yoda signals to hope you have fun and find inspiration. Of course, I also hope you take a lot of pictures and share insights.

Enjoy!
