Machine Embroidery....BERNINA Style
All the following pictures were taken at DAVE'S Bernina in Provo, Utah.
These projects are all done with machine embroidery...
This is a quilt my friend, Maxine made...So beautiful, with all the bright colors.
It is machine embroidered applique... It's so fun to do!!!
(I apologize! My photo doesn't do it justice!)
The red and cream "jeweled" clutch is done with the embroidery machines too.
Jewels are put on after the stitched design.
How cute is this?...an embroidered onsie...
Now for the "CELEBRATION" class that I attended
DAVE's Bernina today.
And...we got to sew on one of THESE!!... It was A-MAY..
If you ever have the chance to take a class - ANY class - at
DAVE'S Bernina in Provo....
YOU just GOTTA!! Students in the classes are honestly treated like
Our machines are carried from our cars into class...and taken back out to our
cars when class is over. We are always well fed with snacks and many times
with lunch. There are always several wonderful Bernina ladies... well versed
on the machines just waiting close by to help
WHENEVER you need it!
I would be VERY amiss if I didn't mention ...
....one of the BEST Bernina repairman...
on the planet!! Christopher KNOWS his stuff
when it comes to taking care and making sure your machine
is working in TIP-TOP shape!! I've heard tell that even the
guys from Bernina in Switzerland call him to see how he does things!
... for all the times you've made my machine...purrr!
