Wonder-FULL Wednesday...

It was a WONDER-FULL day today!  Well, minus the fact
I haven't done any sewing/fibering...yet.
(It's only 5:30pm here)

My husband, retired the last day of March this year.
And, it's been....fun and interesting.  We have been
really busy with family visitng.  But, in the times
we are by ourselves, it's taking a bit of adjusting our
schedules and routines.

TODAY, tho...was a GREAT day...
because we did one of my favorite this to do
... with him.

That's my seat and back rest...and I have
some nice foot pedals too!

We left about noon, stopped at Burger King for a
double coupon lunch.
Then, drove to a fun little fiber/yarn/spin/weave shop.
But, I didn't buy anything...even tho I wanted to.
Have you ever heard the saying?..."Shopping with your
husband is like hunting with the Game Warden!"
I'll probably have to head back to the shop tommorrow
...by meeeeself =P
A few more little shop-stops and we headed back home.

Riding on the motorcycle...makes me feel young again!

How about CHOO?  What was
WONDER-FULL about YOUR Wednesday???
Please, link up below if you have something
WONDERFULL
that YOU would like to share!

Oh my word Annie, you are way toooo funny. My husband is more likely to need a co-dependents anonymous meeting...LOL He would encourage me to buy stuff I didn't even need..LOL.

Besides...you only have so much storage space on that bike right?

Hugs,
Kelly

My folks used to bike ride together, I think it's neat that you do too! Pretty motorcycle to have a great view from, Annie ~

The wonder in my day was the porcupine I saw this morning when I was driving to work. I stopped to get a photo of him, but the rascal ran over the edge of the ditch and I couldn't see him anymore. When I got out of the car to try and find him, I saw he had run into a culvert. It was squashed down and I didn't even know it was there. Didn't get a photo but got a laugh from his wiliness.

Good for you! My Weds was a little puttering around to organize and clean up work areas and still resting with this weather/health issue. Cuddling with my fur babies.

You brave woman! My hubby rides motorcycles but I'm too much of a chicken to get anywhere near them.

BE SAFE!!

How fun to get out in the fresh air like that! Did you end up going back to the shops by yourself?

I love riding with my hubby on our Goldwing!! As for shopping, I was taught two words if I see something I want and it won't fit in the trunk of the bike....

"Ship it."

Go ahead. Give it a try!! =D

My hubby is an enabler. When I take him to quilt stores, he usually finds some cool tool or ruler that I don't have, and then I have to get it, and a pattern or two that use it, then maybe some fabric... Thank goodness I don't take him very often. It's too expensive. Love that bike!

My husband laughed out loud - well not quite, but he had a huge grin on his face - when I told him about your Game Warden analogy.
